A most important part of a puppy's growing up is being socialized. They also need "doggy manners" that will allow them to be enjoyable, well behaved companions.
Have you ever met a dog that jumps up on you to greet you? Have you ever been dragged down the road by your dog pulling on their leash? These behaviors can be dangerous to yourself, your family, and your dog. Teaching your dog correct "doggy manners" begins when they are just a small puppy, as well as getting them accustomed to all the different journeys you will be taking on your life together. Sadly, many puppies miss this critical period for learning and socialization, and grow up to become fearful and anxious pets who do not enjoy the company of people or other dogs.
Puppy Kindergarten offers 5 sessions of coaching and working with a Certified Canine Behaviorist to give you and your puppy the foundation necessary to enjoy a lifetime of great behavior! The class also provides opportunity for your puppy to meet and greet all sorts of different people and dogs so that they can learn how to play and be friendly with a wide variety of individuals.
Sessions are held at Suffolk Veterinary Group every Thursday starting at 6:30pm and ending at 7:30pm.
When you and your puppy attend at least two Puppy Kindergarten sessions, you recieve $100.00 of credit towards a Laser Canine Spay or Laser Canine Neuter surgery procedure. Click Here To Learn More
