Thank you for participating in our VetStoreRx Online Pharmacy. By utilizing this service, you can take advantage of special product rebates reserved for members, automatic refills, and home delivery of your pet's medications all at your computer. Here is how you get started.
1) Go to the Suffolk Veterinary Group website homepage. 2) Click on the indicated tab to the left on our homepage for the VetStoreRx Online Pharmacy. 3) Click on the underlined link "Click Here To Access Suffolk Veterinary Group VetStoreRx." This link is at the top of this page. 4) Click on the green tab that says “My Profile” at the top of the VetStoreRx Online Pharmacy homepage screen. 5) If you already have an account with VetStoreRx, login with your Username and Password.
If you are new to the VetStoreRx, scroll down to “Register For A Free Account” and fill out the registration information. Click “Continue.” You will receive the message below:
“We have not found an account matching the phone or email address you entered. An account may have been created for you by your veterinarian. If you think this may be possible, please return to the previous page and try again with a different phone or email address. Otherwise, continue the registration process below.”
Continue with the registration process and verification of your email address.
If you have given us your email address and we’ve created an account for you, VetStoreRx should have already contacted you about verifying your account with a username and password. If you do not know your password, you will see this message:
“We have found an existing account matching the phone number or email address you entered. If you know your password, please enter it below. If you do not know your password, please call us at 1-866-838-2368 or email us at pharmacy@vetstorerx.com to obtain your login information.”
If you have not already verified your email address, you may see the following notice:
“Email Verification: As part of a security enhancement to your clinic's VetStoreRx, we are now using your e-mail address as your username. In order to ensure that we have the most accurate information we need to verify your e-mail address. We have sent a verification e-mail to: your email address here Please, check your e-mail account and follow the instructions contained in the e-mail to verify your account. If the email address listed above is not correct, you can specify a different email address for verification. After verifying your account you will be able to login to your account and shop for your pet.”
You will need to follow the instructions on the verification in order to gain access to your account. Check your SPAM folders if you have filters on your email account. Any email communications from VetStoreRx may have been bumped there.
